Job Responsibilities:1. Lead the design and development of innovative control systems, applying advanced engineering principles to meet project objectives.2. Manage day-to-day operations, coordinating activities with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve project milestones.5. Collaborate closely with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project goals.6. Serve as a primary point of contact, liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities, such as the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, to facilitate project progress and compliance.7. Oversee project management activities within cost and time constraints, employing effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.8. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards, prioritizing the well-being of personnel and the integrity of systems.9. Provide expert advice and consultancy support to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging technical expertise and industry insights.10. Manage equipment procurement processes, including purchasing and inventory management, to support project requirements.11. Develop and implement computer software and test procedures, enhancing system functionality and efficiency.12. Drive the development of new business proposals, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion in line with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:1. Work on custom automation solutions to support the team.2. Industrial electrical panel design, PLC programming, HMI & SCADA design, VFD & Servo Installation with programming.3. Program, configure, and integrate new equipment into an existing system.4. Provide technician direction and support to fellow team members.5. Responsible for the design and integration of control systems for customer applications and processes.5. Actively support/solve intensified issues from both internal and external customers.6. Actively participate in design and code reviews from functional teams.7. Actively work with the customer to optimize the automation performance to deliver the contracted project.

Job Responsibilities:1. Electrical system preventive maintenance and safety practices according to NFPA-70E. 2. Electrical energy consumption, load calculation, equipment’s test and servicing with reports. (i.e., IR test, Thermography test, Earthing test)3. Whole factories Electrical Single Line Diagram (SLD) drawing, checking and modifying according to the requirements of RSC Bangladesh.4. Maintenance of ETP, Industrial Washing Machine, Dryer Machine, Ozone Machine, Boiler, Oven, Compressor and various other industrial machineries.5. Maintenance of PFI panel, LT panel, Substation.
