I am a leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist, speaker, and mentor. I am the President/CEO and founder of the Dover brands - DoverStaffing, DoverSolutions, and Dover Training Institute. With more than 30 years of professional staffing, training, and project management experience, I have served major metropolitan markets, worked with global organizations, and gained multiple executive-level positions.I offer workforce solutions and advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and equal access to opportunity and prosperity in the workplace. Georgia Dept. of Labor presented Ms. Dover, as Chair of the Atlanta Employer Committee, Project of the Year Award also featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s special edition of “CEO University,” highlighting leading CEOs from Georgia colleges and universities. On the Federal level, Ms. Dover was awarded the 2006 Regional Director’s Award by the Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency during Minority Enterprise Development Week (MED Week). Ms. Dover is active in the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Continental Societies, Inc., Spelman College Alumnae Association and Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. Ms. Dover serves on boards and is active in professional organizations as well.
