As the Front-End Tech Manager for Morningstar, Inc., a leading financial services firm, I support engineering teams across key projects, including the Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Morningstar Data Collections, Morningstar Analytics Lab, and Morningstar MO Intelligence Engine.My responsibilities encompass developing strategies to ensure team well-being while driving the successful delivery of high-quality projects. This includes proactively analyzing potential risks, identifying viable alternatives, and collaborating across disciplines to mitigate issues that could affect stakeholders. My role is rooted in fostering a supportive environment that balances technical excellence with stakeholder satisfaction.

Primarily, I'm a front-end developer focused on analyzing the needs of various clients across multiple development areas, proposing innovative technical solutions for implementation, keeping in mind the specificities and limitations that each solution brings. My work is paired with effective execution, updated with the latest industry standards and the different disciplines that intertwine in the process.Technology Stack: Vue.js, Ember, Backbone, Node.js.As a member of the technical team for the financial services firm Morningstar, Inc, I was responsible for carrying out the development and maintenance of the Morningstar Direct Cloud product, which is the web version and evolution of their flagship product, Morningstar Direct, renowned for providing access to one of the world's largest financial databases. With this client, I had the opportunity to contribute as a front-end developer in the project's initial stages and later as a technical lead in multiple internal initiatives, where I worked hand-in-hand with the engineering team (Colombia, USA) to plan and facilitate the implementation of business requirements. The engineering teams I had the opportunity to lead were composed of front-end and back-end profiles (5 to 7 people).

Mobile applications for retailers focused on the supermarket shopping experience, developed natively for Android, iOS, and React Native. As the Technical Lead for the El Corte Ingles Supermarket in Spain, I was responsible for coordinating the development teams (devices, back-end) and providing technical solutions based on the client's needs.Technology Stack: React Native, Laravel, Node.js, Kotlin, Swift.

As a front-end developer, I had the active opportunity to contribute to the creation of Grability's white-label product, a mobile application developed in React Native, aimed at providing a software as a service (SaaS) platform for retailers requiring the implementation of an e-commerce mobile application to showcase their products. The application was fully configurable, enabling customers to provide a fully functional personalized experience within a few months, inclusive of payment integrations, CMS, and logistic services.

As a provider of custom digital solutions, strategic planning, and technological development for startups and medium-sized businesses, I took on the role of Product Manager. I was responsible for coordinating various projects in the ideation, planning, and execution processes. As a technical lead, my duty was to guide the efforts of the engineering teams (back-end and front-end) to execute projects with diverse requirements, including the creation of platforms from scratch. I proposed the architecture and performed the technical execution, considering each client's limitations. Additionally, we also provided maintenance services for existing applications to fix errors and add new features.Technology Stack: Angular, Laravel, Node.js, Firebase, Ionic.

As a front-end and back-end developer on a project with Davivienda Bank, I was responsible for developing cross-functional web modules (SPA) to carry out the bank's internal processes facing their clients.
