I was responsible for assuring that all programming and system changes to the batch and online systems were in accordance with company wide standards and practices as well as insuring any changes or additions to the critical path overnight processing would not slow down or interfere with finishing the back office prior to 7am, the time that all the online systems would need to be up and running. I also was responsible for several employees who along with myself would troubleshoot and fix nightly issues with the back office system.
