The flagship brand that is currently promoted by Shashvi Agencies Private Limited is INOX JEWELRY (a US based Men’s Jewelry brand that specializes in high-end stainless steel jewelry and accessories for Men). The INOX JEWELRY brand has been well received in India by the male audience, celebrities and press. It continues to lead the niche Men’s Jewelry market with its innovative designs and attractive price points. Sanskruti also serves as the Co-Founder for FROSTROX, LLC in New York City, USA. The FROSTROX company competes in the fine jewelry space within the US and UK markets. Currently, FROSTROX is available on Amazon USA, Amazon UK, Etsy and the FROSTROX brand website. She works with her team to source diamonds (natural and lab-grown) as well as precious gemstones in order to create pieces with animal/nature design elements that are tied to social causes.Her career in the fashion and luxury goods industry has taken her all over the world. She started in New York City at LVMH-owned Donna Karan's Global Development and Business strategy division where she learned about international distribution and sales. She later moved to Dolce & Gabbana's finance division to gain a strong foundation on inner workings of the numbers side in a high-end luxury designer business. Sanskruti added to her professional experience by securing a position at Diane von Furstenberg's domestic sales strategy and finance department before landing an exciting opportunity in Geneva, Switzerland. In Switzerland, she had the opportunity to work on an intensive, hands-on management and business development role with an artisanal watchmaker, Peter Speake-Marin, for the Speake-Marin brand within the coveted Luxury Swiss watch world. Sanskruti was able to use her time outside of the United States as a chance to not only grow professionally, but also explore and understand other cultures by picking up new languages and meeting clients worldwide through her travels.Originally from the US, she has had the opportunity to live in Switzerland and India. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business from Babson College and her Graduate Gemologist and Accredited Jewelry Professional degrees from the Gemological Institute of America in the US.
