• JOB PROFILE Conducting supplier system audit as per plan, Supplier Assessment Audits, Audit Reports Preparation, action plan & review.• Monitoring of supplier quality issues and visit them to get them resolved and verify the CAPA, Gap Analysis and Strategic Countermeasure.• New part development at supplier and conduct PPAP as per the desired level.• Participate in supplier selection process by studying past performance reports for future reference. • Report monthly performance results, identifying issues and recommending corrective action• Improving supplier capability to meet the business’s needs & along with conducting supplier audits, Product & Process audits, Identify Non-Conformance & follow up action plan to prevent recurrence. • Responsible for supplier data Compilation like Overall PPM, supplier rating and Overall Performance.• PPAP Approval and PSW signed off, trial run of both new developed parts and any change in existing parts.• Supplier Up-gradation Activities – Lean / TQM Approach • To look after continual improvements at supplier ends.• PPAP Approval and PSW signed off after completion of PPAP, trial run of both new developed parts and any change in existing parts.• To carry out Process audit and Product Audit at supplier end and get its closure done. • Supplier training activities as per plan for there up gradation on topics like zero defects culture, Supplier System Audits, Fire-wall Implementation, Safety and Change Management.• Identifying the need of Special & Regular gauges as per the process requirement.• Work directly with suppliers to improve product quality, performance and reliability.• Continuous improvement through Kaizen.• Working in SAP.• Conduct the Human Safety and Fire Safety Assessment Audits along with safety officer, Gap Analysis and Closer at Supplier end.

• Handling receipt inspection (Sheet metal as well as casting parts like hubs, aluminum alloy) and supplier development activities.• Responsible to maintain supplier rating and conducting supplier audit .• Communicate the defect with reasons to concern suppliers and control the same.• Maintain the supplier rejection PPM data and to achieve it within target• Responsible for improvement in quality of BOP parts.• To analyse the PPAP from supplier of any new developed component.• Responsibility for Checking and maintaining the data for new developing component.• Prepare PPAP for new developed parts.• Responsibility to find out Root Cause & make 5-Why analysis in case of defect occurrence.• Monitoring department activities as per TS-16949 system.• To carry out Process audit, Product Audit, Layout Inspection as per plan
