I am the chief operating officer at Roberto Regio Co, Ltd., a company that specializes in custom tailoring for men. I oversee the entire process of creating bespoke garments for our clients, from taking measurements and selecting fabrics, to making patterns and alterations, to ensuring quality and workmanship. I also educate our customers on the different fabric qualities and types of workmanship, and create paper patterns that allow them to order from anywhere in the world.Before joining Roberto Regio, I was a head coach for a team of sales executives, where I led them to achieve their targets and improve their skills in face-to-face marketing and customer satisfaction. I was responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating them, as well as providing feedback and guidance. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration from Assumption University of Thailand, where I studied business, management, marketing, and related support services. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and products to our customers, and helping others grow and succeed in their careers. I have strong skills in face-to-face marketing, face-to-face training, and customer satisfaction, as well as custom tailoring and quality control.
