• Liaising with partner agents on all outgoing and incoming shipments• Lodging of Import Declaration Forms in the new ICMS-Trade system for Cargo clearance• Lodging of KEBS Consignment documents & permits in KENTRADE & TFBSEW• Manifest data capture of courier shipments in ICMS to provide manifest for cargo clearance• Providing UCR Numbers for inspection of goods through the Kentrade System. • Courier point of contact for all incoming and outgoing shipments.• Working daily in conjunction with the operations manager and the Managing director on the daily airport and courier operations.• Preparing requisitions for courier shipments(Breakbulk, KEBS & Bag handling)• Preparing requisitions for hired riders and suppliers• Daily status reports to our clients on the statuses of their shipments• Assistant to the Business Development Department on telesales and e-mails to form partnerships with agents • In charge of partnering with courier, freight and project partnerships
