My job involves.•Responsible for providing the support in L2 depending on the priority of the issues.•Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Familiarity with incident response processes and tools to handle and resolve incidents effectively.•Hands on experience on L3 support as per the requirement.•We are responsible for managing 24 application which is under Engineering tools development for fabrication purposes.•We also monitor the critical network and cloud changes(planned/unplanned) for no interruption to the application for production.•Check for certain APIs in swagger for correction. Also check for API issues.•Do monitor our application in Azure cloud watch in case of critical changes or migration to notify the dev team.•Takes active part in all migration.•Work on the WRM tickets for all application, which are raised by all the developers as they do the upgrade or code change. So, we review the data policies in it and send it forward.•We do perform this in bitbucket and visual studio code. We check for boartifactory and repository. •We do check for Jenkins pipelines for error raised for fabs, so we perform build restart for it.•Also, we do check for CI/CD integration in Jenkins.•We check for all EDP failures in Grafana dashboard for all our application.•Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using IaC tools like Azure Resource Manager or Terraform to define and manage cloud infrastructure. Understanding IaC concepts and best practices is crucial for efficiently deploying and managing cloud resources.•Networking: Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls. Understand how to configure networking components in the cloud environment and troubleshoot networking-related issues.•Leads the ops L2 team and provide all monthly, yearly, KRA, compliance reports to the supervisor as well as the management.
