Hi my name is Santashae’ Ascento! I am a Charted Physiotherapist (accredited by the HCPC and Bermuda Health Council). I graduated from The University of East London in 2020 where I graduated with a Bachelor’s of (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. My diverse clinical experience throughout my studies has given me valuable training and knowledge in many areas of rehabilitation including adult weight management, cardiac rehabilitation, orthopedic, acute care, stroke rehabilitation, elderly care and respiratory. However, I am particularly interested in Sports, MSK and elderly care. I enjoy making connections with my clients, and I believe it is important to treat every client like they are your loved one. I aim to put patients’ needs first and provide a positive environment for profound rehabilitation.I also have a small business Tash & Lia Pitch Side Service where I cover various sports teams in Bermuda for pitch side first aid and acute management. This has allowed me to work with numerous teams such as Pembroke Hamilton Club (PHC) football team, St. David’s Cricket Club, Cleaveland Cricket Club, Teacher's rugby team and Somerset Cricket Club. This has allowed me to work with some of Bermuda best athletes and sports clubs. Outside of the clinic, in my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my family and being active - playing pickleball.
