For 7 years I collaborated as researcher at the Risk Assessment and Adaptation Strategy division of the Euro-Mediterrenean Centre on Climate Change (CMCC) and for 3 years I've been the thematic expert in WaterManagement and Disaster Risk Reduction for the Climate-Adapt platform of the European Environment Agency. My research interests mainly concern water resource allocation and governance with emphasis on climate change adaptation. During my academic studies, I carried out research experiences on water resource planning and management in Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Germany, Algeria, Sudan and Australia. I contributed to the Italian Climate Change Adaptation Strategy (special chapter on the Po river basin district) and to the Italian Climate Change Adaptation Plan (chapter on water resources). I organized and coordinated summer schools, workshops and stakeholders meetings in Italy and abroad, maturing an extensive experience as a Partnership Specialist.
