My work experience began in the area of ​​marketing, on behalf of a study and then to a company that works on the whole national territory; I have dealt with the evaluation of customer satisfaction, problem solving, sales techniques, telemarketing. I also worked on preparing content for the advertising business on behalf of a national advertising agency, the PubliKompass.Later I specialized in the field of management consulting, dealing with the implementation and control of enterprise management systems ISO 9001 to 14001 - 18001 - Occupational SA 8000, etc. and assessment and certification systems, as auditors of the 3rd part, on behalf of certification bodies. The need for companies to be on the market with certified products has led me to acquire the skills necessary for the CE marking of products (Reg. 305/2011 EU CPE).Over the years I have expanded my skills in the field of Privacy (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) and Security (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008) necessary to provide customers with advice on legal compliance.Professional experiences have allowed me to develop a practical working method, aimed at optimization of results, elimination of waste, to a positive and cooperative spirit in working environment, necessary to enable each individual to make the most of its expertise and capacity.
