I was responsible for doing troubleshooting, support, and installation work based on customer contact, and customer documentation. My primary customers were companies, whose work orders I received, handled, and sometimes directed forward. Most of the work was general IT-support, but there was also some certificate handling and website management on the side.

I worked as a ticket seller at Merisärkkä for a number of weekends. After the ticket sales closed for each night, I also took part as a bar worker. Occasionally we had to deal with large number of people, especially during the Midsummer weekend.

Work at Konekeskus primarily consisted of assisting the senior technician in transporting and installing sold household appliances, such as TVs, ovens or refrigerators. I also assisted at the shop and in their various storage locations, primarily moving and stocking items. Provided IT-support whenever necessary or applicable.
