 Existing Stores practices followed in different Divisions are studied and a Corporate Store Policy is created and Stores' Manual at Corporate level- covering all activities across the Group is made. Stores Formats are standardized and Implemented across Divisions / Sites: Audit methodology & Rating sheet developed and Audit is being conducted in major Sites and Rating Trend is presented to Top Management every Quarter. . Brought Visible Improvements in Stores Management System in major Sites: Co-ordination with Divisional Stores Heads, Internal / External Auditors and follow-up for closure of all observations. Driving effective utilization of SAP across Lanco Divisions, Training & Talent Acquisition.
