Roles and Responsibilities• Working closely with technical leads and hiring managers (Program Manager’s) for resource planning and hiring.• Sourcing profiles through job portals, internal reference, Networking, advertisement, job posting, consultants and social networking sites.• Skill mapping of profiles and conducting the initial screening.• Conducting a complete HR Discussion with the candidate.• Recommending or commenting on the candidate’s fitment for the open position.• Complete the salary negotiation, once both the HR and the business are in agreement about the candidate’s fitment for the particular role.• Offering the candidate and following up with the offered candidate till he joins the organization.• Maintaining backups & suggesting the business on techniques to keep the candidate feel.
