Being passionate about Indian healthy lifestyle and food habits, I researched our ancestor's practices and launched an oil brand called Ancient Practices successfully in Hyderabad and Chennai. During this process, I was able to handle the complete life-cycle of a new product launch from branding, quality, and management, procurement, operations, finance, supply chain, and logistics. During this process, I have engaged with various governmental agencies and various export and import agencies to get the required certifications. Also in the shortest span of time, we could get the ISO certification. So during this process and experience, I could understand the challenges involved in launching a new product and understanding the consumer mindset in India and also understand how to position the new product in the market which can be promoted for a quality healthy lifestyle.

Managed the complete Indian office Operations, Business Finance, Sales, Vendor Management, Supply Chain and Logistics.Successfully launched Avantgarde brand called Avante into the African continent at countries like Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. It helped in business growing to revenue of 200% in the first year of operations. During this process worked closely with African Governmental organization like the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health which helped us to win multi-million dollar projects.Successfully expanded the business operations into additional verticals like Garments and IT. In garments vertical, we successfully launched a shirt brand called Azzod and Avante Luxe at Africa and Indian market. And in the IT sector, we were Value Added Reseller for Stanley Healthcare Solutions in the Indian market.Traveled extensively to Dubai and the African subcontinent in establishing a business partner relationship with many Germany, Swiss, Italy and UK based companies to be their distributor at Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Sub Continent.Executed many successful tender projects at African region in the areas of IT, Telecom, Defence, Cement, Steel, Sugar, Power and F&B industries and to United Nations Organization like UNPD, FAO. WHO, UNOPS & UNICEF.
