Experienced and passionate Communication English and Soft Skills Trainer with over a decade of expertise in empowering individuals to enhance their personal and professional lives. As a Master Trainer and Skill Development Executive at ASAP Kerala, I have delivered more than 2,500 hours of hands-on training, specializing in Communication English and essential Soft Skills. My programs are tailored to diverse audiences, ranging from students to job seekers, aiming to boost their confidence, improve interpersonal abilities, and prepare them for success in interviews and the workplace.I have successfully conducted 25+ Work Readiness Programs, and multiple induction sessions focused on career planning and goal setting. Currently, I serve as a Youth Development Module Trainer at the ASAP-Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT) Skill Park, delivering training on 21st-century skills to equip learners with critical competencies like problem-solving and teamwork.My journey also includes working as a Life Skills Trainer for the Scholar Support Programme, under the Department of Higher Education, Government of Kerala, where I helped students develop essential life skills to excel in academic and personal contexts.Beyond training, I bring entrepreneurial experience as the founder of a coffee business, producing premium filter coffee powder and beans.
