• Project execution, Quality co-ordination, planning, monitoring, site erection and handover.• Prepare Project specific reports (Related to Quality), Project execution procedures, Inspection and Test Plan, Project specific procedures and project documentation• Preparing, maintaining and implementing appropriate quality assurance / quality control procedures and ensuring that a consistent of client specification and regulatory requirements• Supervision of Material Inspector, Dimensional inspector, welding Inspector, painting Inspector and NDT Inspector for Project execution.• Act as a Client interface related to Quality Assurance/ Quality Control• Lead and guide the Site Planning, Site Technical, and Procurement & Materials Management departments with project priorities and as per client / consultant requirement• Ensuring that Vendors and Sub-contractors and their suppliers have and utilize adequate procedures, quality plans and resources to provide equipment, materials and services that will conform to the requirements of the project specification• Responsible for maintain the reports on quality activities on daily and weekly basis to update quality records• Handled ISO Internal & External Audits and ASME Audits• Closing out of Non-Conformance report with corrective and preventive actions• Receiving Purchase Order acceptance from the Vendor• Organizing for Kick off Meeting (KOM) and preparing the Points of discussion with respect to the KOM• Conducting Pre-inspection meeting with Client / End user to discus & finalize the ITP for In-Process activities and Inspection Stages as per Material Requisition and applicable Aramco Specifications• Witnessing Mechanical Testing for PQR qualification, welder / welding operator qualification, and Production Test Coupon, etc as per project requirement & international code / standard• Management activities like progress monitoring, Coordination for inspection, Coordination for shipping, Invoice approvals etc.
