I am having rich experience in Software Testing which includes both Manual and Automaton testing. I have over 5 years of work experience in Agile/Scrum model, led a team of 5 members and I am a the QA Manager for a team of 7 members. Worked in distributed scrum team in India and USA and interact with other scrum teams.Having expertise in various kinds of testing activities like Functional Testing, Smoke/Sanity Testing, Integration Testing, Adhoc/Exploratory Testing, Regression Testing, Retesting, User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing etc. My Roles and Responsibilities are : Playing the roles of Project Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner. Preparing the backlog from the roadmap items; conduct backlog grooming, planning, task creation, task estimation, coordinating with the cross-functional/cross-regional teams, daily scrum and retrospective meetings and then enhance the agile practices.Manage and Lead QA team, Participate in Design Discussions and workflows, Test Strategies, Test Planning, Test Estimates, Write and Review Test Cases, Write Automation tests and execute in various platforms, Defect Tracking,Prepare Test execution and Test Coverage reports, Setup and Configure the test environment and test database.I am acquainted with the following technologies: SQL Server and Oracle Databases, Siebel, HPALM/ HPQC (Quality Center), Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, qTest, Team Foundation Server, GitHub, SubVersion, QTP/UFT, Apache JMeter (novice).
