Terra Resources Indonesia acquired mining rights of Andesites and Limestones in South Sumatra through its subsidiaries to expand the group's business. Lastly, in 2016 PT. Terra Resources jumped into the Coal Trading Industry through its subsidiary to capture the potential market of coal demands in Indonesia. As a Business Development Lead in the group, I was responsible to oversee the group’s marketing and operation division. Some of the key projects are:1. Initiation of the Group Trading Business- Establish the corporate entity for coal trading purposes- Obtain trading permit and licenses in four months- Redefine business model and departmental operational model2.
