Topic modeling using LDA Algorithm using python Gensim to create a 1st level labeling task for domain classification for user conversations. Extract Intent and Entities from chat messages using DIET classifier. Classify domain using Entity and Domain. Designed and implemented text to speech batch conversion using google text-to-speech API and python celery. Created NLP pipeline to check compliance of agent message. Implemented custom business style guide for 25+ different guidelines with multiple combinations using Regex and NLTK and also track highlight corrections. Creating sentence suggestion for non-complient sentences.
