Reporting and Dashboard:• Maintaining an existing VBA tools and enhancing the tools as client requested.• Timely and accurate production and analysis of customer SLA reporting• Gathering reporting data from various sources and sites• Development and analysis of performance trending data• Working with the automation project team to identify & quantify key sources of data (Manual Testing, unit testing, UAT)• Refreshing the Power Bi dashboards daily basis• Developing the reporting dashboards in AD-hoc basis using Power BI desktop.• Writing DML queries to manage the database and SQL Server maintenance activity.Project Management and L1 Support:• Manage team to create reports on Resource utilization, Investment performance, risk maintenance, and activity which will support the Portfolio Planning leader to improve continuous improvement of the Portfolio Resourcing Strategy. • Work as admin for Concerto and Planview production environment to create/modify user access and make necessary changes in Program & projects.• During re-organization, I will be the point of contact for stakeholder and PPL, Project Manager, Finance Manager to understand the changes in resource and organization structure and implement them in Planview.• Conduct NNIT, SIT and UAT as a test manager and lead the complete project. I have handled 2 Planview version upgrades which includes planning, assigning responsibilities, testing, fixing the bug and re-testing, implementing into production.• Responsible for preparing road map, flow map, Standard Operating process, process reengineering, new process development and standardizing the process, automating the reports.• Maintain Service now (APM tool) request received by clients based on user access, Financial and Performance reports, and Portfolio Management.• Extracting Actuals data from SAP and do the cleaning and formatting as per template and uploading them to Money manager tool for forecasting report.
