I ensure learners can easily consume learning content and gain knowledge consistently.• Involved in various testing types - Functional, regression, re-testing, compatibility and performance testing to ensure the product's robustness reports and alerts.• Performed comprehensive root cause analysis of defects, improving defect resolution time by 15% and contributing to overall product stability.• Reporting the bugs in specified repositories inside the GitHub project.• Followed up on defects with developers in order to resolve them.• Following Agile test methodologies helps us to improve test coverage and accuracy.• Following STLC and SDLC protocols on a daily basis, ensuring the seamless execution of software development and testing processes.• Developed and executed robust automation test scripts using Selenium, reducing regression testing time by 20% and increasing test accuracy by identifying 95% of critical bugs pre-release.• Taking the ownership and verifying all the high priority and high severity issue has fixed which is planned for release before providing sign-off after successful test completion.• Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions CI, leveraging automation to streamline deployment and testing processes, contributing to faster release cycles.• Develop and execute automation test scripts using hybrid framework.• Basic API automation using BDD framework.
