 Perform efficiently operating all systems integrated with BMS and monitor and control. Ensure all field devices function properly, checking all parameters, alarm events and schedules, graphic reports. Assigning and communicate with technician and sub contractor to service facility on the time daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly for MEP repairs. Preventive maintenance for the DDC panel, controller, modules and field devices like(Siemens, Honeywell),actuators, sensors, transducers, card readers etc. Cooperation operation maintenance for the all mechanical and electrical system and all kind of services activities include HVAC control, Chiller plant, pumps, cooling tower, AHU,BTU system, Fire alarm system, FM 200,Lighting control, CCTV ,Access control system, Emergency light system ,etc. Interface and coordination with subcontractor for repairs and maintaining the service report day to day for the all maintenance services activities entering the facility software.

 Monitor and control building integrated systems including HVAC control, Fire alarm system, Lighting control, CCTV and access control systems.Testing and commissioning of BMS DDC controllers and field devices Preventive maintenance for the DDC panel, controller, modules and field devices like (Siemens, Honeywell), actuators, sensors, VFD, transducers, card readers etc. Monitoring the alarms/events and ensure that the system working properly and efficiently. Takes corrective action to rectify any malfunction in the system. Technical services operation maintenance for the BMS /ELV system. Co-ordination for third party service terms visit to the facility. Generating and printing reports for planned preventive maintenance. Data logging of the day to day facility activities done by service time.  Reporting to Respected shift Supervisors on daily work basis.
