I started the Coimbatore Branch of EXIM Bank to service the Clients in the Rest of Tamil Nadu regionI was responsible for managing the SME, Mid-Corporate and large Corporate business in the Rest of Tamil Nadu region(Ex-Chennai).Devised and Implemented the overall strategy for the region, Monitoring of market and competitor activities and strategies to ensure EXIM Bank’s market share is improvedStructuring of Loans to suit consumer preference and implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate into new relationships and expand existing ones, meeting pre-determined business objectives.Making presentation on the products and services of Exim Bank to trade associations and in business seminars conducted by various agencies thereby furthering the EXIM Bank’s brandManaging customer centric banking operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms in addition to complaints managementRendering suggestions to corporate clients for buying tailor-made banking solutions based on their financial capability and needs.Working in close association with the credit team to ensure that approval procedures, standards of credit are maintained and conform to controls/procedures established for the business unit. Periodical monitoring of accounts with Portfolio team for credit quality and making recommendations for future credit decisions. Enhanced due diligence to eradicate delinquencies within portfolio and strategizing for smooth exits from weak accounts

I was Responsible for managing the SME and Emerging Corporate Business including, Credit, Risk and Collections for one the largest branches in Coimbatore.Developing & devising various channels including branches, Intermediaries and other alternate channels for marketing of the products.
