•Experience in the field of Mechanical Design with ability to design, develop and improve processes / products.•Design skills in plastic parts, metal parts, extrusion parts, die casting parts, machined parts, heat sinks, printed circuit board design and packing design. •Experience in Product Design, 3D modeling/2D using Pro Engineer,Solidworks & Autocad.•Experience in Flow and Thermal simulation using CFD simulation software.•Well-versed in GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, Minitab, Six-Sigma, FMEA, DFM, DFA, cause and effect analysis.•Experience in Procurement, Vendor Development, Documentation release to production and Production Support.•Document control of 3D models, 2D documents. Engineering change order (ECO) management.•Experience in assembly and testing of first article, work closely with Systems Test Engineering and Quality Management to qualify design and implementation.•Good team player. Able to communicate well with the internal and external teams.•Knowledge in safety standards-UL, TUV,CSA etc.
