• Ensuring inbound & outbound operation running smoothly without any issues.• Handling reverse Logistics if any customers retunes based on valid reason & mail confirmation.• Ensuring all IT related things working fine. If not working taking this issue with respective stake holders follow-up & solving issues on time to run operation. • Ensuring & maintaining inventory accuracy 99.9 % & checking daily cycle counts if any issues found arresting the issues on same day before hand over material to transporter.• Ensuring all employees following safety standards (Safety Shoe , Helmet , Hand gloves , Handling MHEs)• Maintaining AMCs of all operation related assets ( MHE,Fire Hydrant, Fire extinguisher , DG etc)• Preparing daily & monthly reports & analyzing to prepare dashboards & KPI & sending to management • Driving warehouse improvement Projects e.g. productivity improvement Barcode automation )• Conducting daily toolbox meeting to discuss operation issues & process improvement • Checking Inventory ageing if the product falls above 5 years from the packing date. All products sending to factory for rework activity. • Ensuring all Fast-moving items stored in ground level & non moving items in higher level. • Ensure all vendor bills are cleared on time if not follow-up with accounts team to clear the payment dues.• Handling Petty cash for variable expenses ( Maintenance , Staff Welfare etc)

• To Ensure 100% of dispatches within 48hrs from the time on order placement.• Ensure the orders are being processed if stuck due to technical issue by coordinatingwith the ERP Team accordingly.• Coordinate with warehouse dispatch team to get the orders processed on timelymanners.• Publishing daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports and presenting the weekly statisticsto higher management.• Plan against forecast and ensure build plan is executed periodically. • Ensure acknowledgements and commit changes are communicated in a timely manner to account managers.• Continuously improve on customer engagement and ease of communicationthrough systems, automation to catering to scale.• Ensure Sales Order status or defaults are communicated, and queries are responded daily.• Engage with alternate logistics partners as necessary. Track budget vs actual logisticscost per unit
