Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for increasing Productivity through combined work steps and work balance. • Removing non-value added activities and the development of effective work practices. • Line planning & production planning according to delivery dates. • Time study, Method study, Capacity estimation, Target setting. • Layout planning, workstation set up & machineries • Line balancing, bottleneck area identification, finding route cause & resolving. • Space saving & utilization, manpower deduction, enhancing smooth production flow in production line utilizing optimum machine & Manpower • Efficiency in analytical & problem solving. • Grading operator as per their skills. • Organize Pre production meeting.  Educate the supervisor & operators about Quality, production targets & their Performance.  Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality  Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality engineers duties & responsibilities. Management System, QMS.  Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI. Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection  Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.  Carry out Internal Audit at the site.  Capacity study, Time & Motion study, Ergonomics, 2 Bin System, JIT, Inventory Replacement. 7QC, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka Yoke, TPM, FMEA. PPAP, APQP, 5’S’,DOE, SMED, GD&T Acceptance Sampling, Control charts, Value stream mapping Supplier Quality, Supply chain management.
