My diving career began in March 2019 as an Entry level student, quickly progressing to Dive Master by August of the same year. Driven by a passion for the diving industry and business operations, I’ve built a versatile career with expertise in sales, operations, and management, ultimately advancing to executive leadership.🔹 2020-2021: As a certified Dive Master, I managed PADI Material sales across India, the Andaman, Lakshadweep, and parts of Sri Lanka, serving as an authorized reseller. This success led to my promotion to General Manager of Trade Sales and Services at the end of 2020, where I continued to oversee sales, particularly in expanding regional outreach.🔹 2022-2023: After earning my Instructor certification, I primarily supported sales while stepping into operational roles as needed, reinforcing efficient processes and contributing to steady business growth.🔹 2024-Present: Since my promotion to COO in December 2023, I’ve taken on full oversight of Temple Adventures, aligning my industry knowledge and operational expertise to steer the company through its latest stages of growth and transformation.With extensive experience in team management, vendor relations, and strategic sales, I’m committed to the continued success of Temple Adventures and am excited to drive the company's progress forward in innovative ways.
