QA Lead of a team of 7 responsible for troubleshooting hard drives, flash memory, and media card failures. Daily duties include drive decryption, physical removal of hard drives and Solid State Drives, delegation of tasks for QA team, troubleshooting and determining cause of failure for multiple hard drives, as well as time line intensive delivery of drive images for OS specific engineers to extract data sets. Other job responsibilities include support and troubleshooting of Mac OS systems, training lead of new hires and the overseeing of ongoing education of junior staff.
