❖ Prepare workplan for the produced parts according to the priority like FAI, NPD or first setup approval parts and running jobs.❖ Read blueprints and specifications.❖ Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.❖ Visual inspection of production parts for defects as outlined on the work order.❖ Inspect, test or measure materials or products being produced.❖ Measure product with height gauges, callipers, gauges, or micrometres.❖ Inspection of CMM and VMS dimensions using PC-DMIS software❖ Preparation of check sheet for each inspected part.❖ Accept or reject or rework of finished products.❖ Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.❖ Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.❖ Teach the production about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.❖ Resolve quality related issues in timely manner.❖ Implementation of 5s+1 in work area.❖ Follow up and training of one point lesson for workers.❖ Making record of corrective action reports and auditing of Quality Control areas ( Preventive maintenance check list, 5s, presence of workers, safety, Documents related to Quality)❖ Identifying the repeated issues and reporting to supervisor ❖ Raising Non-Confirmation report for the rejected parts and inform the production team to take immediate and corrective action❖ Updating every shift work data and rejection details.
