Responsible for Manage Software Development and Support Division which includes the entire production/engineering life cycle - estimation, design, development, documentation, testing/QA, delivery and support. Manage Team Resources, Cost and Task within agreed frame work by Stake holders. Project/Product planning and execution. Preparing master schedules for projects / Product including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, revenue projections / budgets and periodic monitoring. Develop Strategies for evaluating and advising on appropriate Technologies and Applications to the Stake holders. Accountable for delivering projects well within allocated/ proposed time, budget and without any re-work or quality issues. Implement Software Services related "Best Practices" in the company from a global perspective.
