I developed and managed a baseline schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring that all project activities were accurately monitored and tracked. Through detailed analysis of Earned Value Management (EVM), I evaluated project performance and progress, identifying variances in cost and schedule to maintain control. Additionally, I created a comprehensive Third Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) report to ensure that the project met quality standards and complied with relevant regulations.
