The Aotearoa Circle brings together leaders and organisations from the public and private sectors to commit to priority actions that will restore Aotearoa’s natural capital for future generations.The RAP's collective vision is to bring youth perspectives and insights to the decisions made today in order to create nature positive outcomes for future generations. As a member of RAP I was able to represent Genesis and bring my thought leadership, influence, and critical thinking skills to nature and climate related projects across the public and private sectors.Achievements:- Criticially challenged Agri-Adaptation National Roadmap resulting in significant change of approach and subsequent creation of Biotechnology Workstream.- Within this role, I chaired and co-founded an internal youth group at Genesis adding meaningful involvement and better decision making in high-level business initiatives. The group focused primarily on environmental and sustainability work, strengthening nature-positive campaigns, and contributing to a wetlands restoration project.Responsibilities:- To hold account The Aotearoa Circle's guardians and leadership groups of our workstreams.- To provide learning and development for rangatahi employees of leading partners.- Advise leading organisations on business initiatives strengthening proposals.
