My responsibilities as Lead Designer for FlexCub will be: to manage the team and ensure that the design specifications are being implemented with accuracy. I'm responsible to develop creative and innovative ideas for the product development, in terms of User Interface and User Experience, assist for digital marketing needs, by means of delivering creative design collateral. I oversee the product development to ensure it is developed with proper interface and user experience guidelines, following brand guidelines.I assist the team by providing low-fidelity wireframes to explain the product flow, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to make the team understand the functional flow of the product, and to demonstrate the user interface and experience a working model to the stakeholders to observe their insights. I collaborate with development team to make sure that the development is on the right track with all essential design specifications are implemented.

User Interface and User Experience Designer-StrategistAs an UI and UX Strategist, my responsibilities include gathering and evaluating user and the business requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. To illustrate the design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Responsible to design the user interface elements, like dashboards, menus, widgets, etc. and develop UI mock-ups and prototypes to showcase the functional flow of applications. Prepare and present rough drafts, hand-sketched wireframes to internal teams and key stakeholders, allocate tasks to the team members and manage the deliverables. I'm responsible to identify and troubleshoot UX problems for the applications, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, by adhering to style standards or branding guidelines for visual layout and typography.
