For 25 years, I have been working in Knowledge Management and organizational development fields where I have earned the second ISO 30401 Auditor Knowledge Management professional certification.I have served in various industries such as IT (Information Technology), KPO/BPO (Knowledge Process Outsource/Business process Outsource), Pharmaceuticals, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Media, oil, and gas. At all this material time, I catered to the knowledge, needs, and knowledge management solutions of each organization. My vast experience has given me deep insights on fundamental challenges about knowledge seeking behavior, information findability, sharing, and knowledge erosion. This pattern is almost similar across organizations with varying degrees. In my current role as KM Architect, I have demonstrated how to embed KM processes into business processes where the KM program created value with a cost avoidance of approx. 700+M $. These good practices are now shared with different directorates and across other companies/organizations in Oman as part of In-Country Value (ICV).KM, for me, is not just a job but a lifelong passion for pursuing a greater understanding of self, society, people, dynamics between People-Teams-Organization-Business and World Cultures, to name but a few. I believe that KM should be an essential strategic unit in every organization, regardless of its size and scale.Above all, I am free to talk about my skin condition to create awareness in society.
