I love to focus more on customer problems and find unique and creative ways to solve them. To accomplish this, I constantly work on my problem solving skills, team co-ordinations, interacting and coaching juniors to learn about thinks from different perspectives and sharing knowledge in the process. My secret or may be my way of approaching a problem is hitting the drawing board. I write things that makes up a problem, sort and categorise them and go at it step by step. I can successfully bridge products with integrations,- By doing a lot of research on the product capabilities- Gathering up information and requirements for any future improvements- Step by step building of things. I can intuitively solve problems by writings things from scratch based on available resources. - There may be a lot of things available in the OpenSource world, the researching and understanding them are my favourite hobbies. - Understanding the current things at hand and building things to support that. Not all the time we have the flexibility to change everything. In an enterprise environment, we are often left with build things that suit our environment than plugging in new technology. I enjoy working with a lot of people,- Hearing different perspectives and sharing thought between teammates has made me learn a lot of things. - Love to create friendly challenges between teammates to grow and learn together.
