Prepare and optimize Google Data-studio / Power-BI reports to monitor pages and users.Performance Monitoring - Website Performance track via New Relic. Review errors from CMS, checkout etc. Overview servers (development, stage, live), database, CDN, VMs for development.SEO - Review campaign and product pages for best Conversion Rate Optimization. Coordinate and implement various audit finding by agency. Analyze Google-search-console suggestions, issues and review sitemaps.Product management - Manage DTH products, price and periodic offers for ecommerce in multi-markets. Review various payment methods and payment errors periodically.CRM Integration and Customer Comms - Manages data flow between Website, Dialler and CRM platform; Overview customer EDMs, Basket chaser & Lead Nurture; collect, review customer feedback via customer admins, CSAT etc.Web security - Assess periodic security reports such as PCI scan & PEN test results and implement recommendation.
