I'm a passionate senior executive with wide experience in health and wellbeing with ability to navigate in complex environments and achieve impactful results by leading and executing public affairs (institutional relations) programs and communications plans.In In recent years, I've provided a coherent and consistent voice by building relationships and connecting different audiences (medical societies, healthcare organizations, patient associations, media, and political and regulatory decision-makers) enabling the performance of company’s business units and shaping the external leadership profile.From the set up, plan and execution I've develop advocacy initiatives and awareness campaigns, using digital (web, social media, SEO / SEM) or traditional channels, contributing to patients access to innovative medicines supporting business areas.My understanding of both national and regional policymaking and influencing has allowed me to develop strategic advice and promote initiatives with the leadership team giving visibility to the company.Connecting, Defining and Digital Growing are part of my daily work to improve people's health.As a Communication lead, I have coordinated and executed several external and internal impactful initiatives given visibility to the company pipeline, business areas and assets, by creating and adapting high quality content aligned with the corporate comms and ESG strategy.
