Directly responsible for the support, design and implementation for the monitoring solutions with the following products:• HP OpenView Operations Manager I-Series (HP OMi)• HP OpenView Network Node Manager I-Series• HP NNM iSPI for Performance Metrics• HP NNM iSPI NET• HP OpenView Performance Manager• VMwareAs part of the Tools Team some of my responsibilities are the following:• Work with the OMi server setup• Sync technologies between OMi servers• Migrate the existing OML functionalities to OMi to include:• Policy migration• Tools migration• Message correlation• Customer script migrations• Develop security capabilities on OMi – PKI, Auditing, Alert, Vulnerability scanning, etc.• Integrate OMi with Network Node Manager I (NNMi)• Develop agent deployment processes on OMi• Participate in OMi functional testing•.Deliver Service Excellence and Drive a reduction in incidents. Monitor all ITO service offerings and proactively identify, communicate and escalate issues to the service line team leadership before service degradation occurs. Identify and drive proactive and reactive improvements to process, tools, and resources. Resulting in reducing errors and trouble-tickets thus increasing productivity and lowering operating costs.Over 10 years of experience in design and configuration of computer, database, storage and network systems.• Additional experience in electronics, programming and software & system testing.• Strong problem-solving and repair capabilities in the electronics field including experience in troubleshooting electronics products, computers, drives, and PC configurations.• Knowledgeable in various hardware and operating systems platforms; applications design and implementation; relational database and customer interaction. • Experienced in developing and delivery of quality products, product documentation, and the use of schematic diagrams.• Hold TS clearance
