My responsibilities consist on the delivery of custom data science consulting projects across Southeast Asia, among the projects developed are: - Development of a campaign optimisation framework which would segment customers, chose the optimal promotions and send notifications through the most impactful channels.- Queue estimation combining traditional queuing theory with Machine Learning models to improve customer experience.

In charge of data science projects for the biggest tourism company in Ecuador. My main projects included a revenue optimization algorithm and consumer lifetime value analysis. For the first project, a dynamic pricing calculator was developed for two hotels managed by the organization. In the second project, valuable insights from the customer journey were discovered and the segmentation process was improved.
