PHT is the world leader as the supplier of electronic patient's diaries used in international clinical trials. I am responsable for support to our worldwide users (hospitals and private medical practices) over the phone daily in 5 languages (english, french, spanish, german and italian) on our Products: Patient's diaries and different accessories (spirometer, glucometer, etc.) and the use of the WebSite to watch the data.I have been at +30 investigator meetings to train the investigators and the site personnel, sometimes in very large groups.I realized numerous site visits (large and small hospitals or doctor's practices in over 20 countries in the world) to troubleshoot, train or assess the technical feasability of a project.

Data Center Manager of the Swiss Lottery Datacenter in Lausanne (Switzerland).This position included the construction and set up of data center, the recruitment of the data center and helpdesk personnel (30 people).After only slightly more than 3 years use, the DataCenter was closed down due to political decision and the operations were run from its former twin datacenter in Basel.

Responsable for the Datacenter of a medium sized subsidiary of Digital Equipment Corporation in Geneva (South Eastern Europe and Northern African Branch) and for the support of 50 people working at this branch office.The subsidiary was closed down in 1987 and transferred to Paris (France).
