I worked as an auditor of service centers for Samsung at a regional level, ensuring their proper functioning according to the defined policies, among other functions, such as: - Audit service centers, after-sales and pre-sales services, operation processes, customer service; in compliance with the Key Performance Indicators associated with speed of the repairs of the products offered by the brand, as well as their quality.- In accordance with the results of the audits, draw up improvement plans, their activities, dates and responsibles for each audit carried out, follow-up on its execution and report all findings to the appropiate area.- Verify that the operation of the service centers is done under the policies and procedures established by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS COLOMBIA S.A. - Constant follow-up to the repair service orders.
