My responsibilities were creating a network of partners and the procurement chain necessary for producing the components.The fundamental achievements, all of them related the areas of purchase, procurement and logistic, are described below: • Negotiation with… Show more The goal of this project was the industrialization of new models of a landing door, a car door and a cabin in the factory of Mostoles. Our team was formed by 15 colleagues and it was coordinated by Alfonso Toraño. My responsibilities were creating a network of partners and the procurement chain necessary for producing the components.The fundamental achievements, all of them related the areas of purchase, procurement and logistic, are described below: • Negotiation with national and international suppliers (Europe and Asia). • Development of a procurement and transport chain. • Creation of a stochastic system of stocks control and its migration to SAP afterwards. It is important to mention that, in order to achieve the KPIs of the project, it was a must to dominate both French and English, due to the high number of foreign suppliers, as well as a high degree of cohesion in the team.
