Implementation of a number of programs aiming at improving the socio-economic condition of the poor people. The programs under my responsibility are: (i) Micro Credit Activities; (ii) Social Development Program; (iii) Training Program.My specific responsibilities are to:• Ensure sound environment conducive to individual development of staff for maximum productivity and achievement.• Ensure staff are knowledgeable/responsive of products and services relative to the needs of the clients they required to serve.• Provide effective co-ordination and direction to the subordinates to meet operating requirements of the program activities. • Build awareness, organize & conduct training to various types of income earners selected by BFF Microfinance Activities.• Prepare Annual Business plans and implement this properly.• Monitoring profit plans and related performance results and ensure control over routine expenditures and revenues.• Ensure responsibility of staff for all clients responding to their inquisitiveness, their concern and resolved complain of any matter to the client's satisfaction.• Evaluation the performance of right hand subordinates and monitors the evaluation of other field employees.• Conduct any research study if is necessary by the institution or by the Donor for amendment of the Organizational policy or any discipline of the product or development or for any reason become essential.• Develop strategy and business plan as appropriate to attain achievement of the Microfinance Program for sustainability of the organization.• Maintain as is applicable liaison with government and others local NGOS.• Be loyal to obey other assignment if and when is asked by the Director of Bangladesh Fellowship Foundation.
