I currently work at HG SPLY CO in Trophy Club, TX as a server and Front of House Trainer. I enjoy interacting with guests and sharing my passion for our product with everyone. I am able to hone my time management, communication, and leadership by watching and helping my teammates as well as their guests because we are all one family; one unit. Communication and cooperation is key to everything, whether it is at work or in the rest of the world. I can let my detail-oriented and hands-on personality thrive: coaching and training my peers, managing material for learning about our restaurant, and providing an excellent and friendly atmosphere to the guests.I look to utilize these skills to further my efforts in my career, hobbies, and everyday life. My ability to share my passion with people brings joy into my heart, because every shift I work, I have an opportunity to influence and connect with people, and I can inspire them to try new and interesting things: experiences he or she may not have previously thought to try.
