Prior to my tenure the only source of revenue was CDMA technology sales. We diversified the revenue streams by expanding our customer relationships beyond network planning, including customer service and marketing, which allowed us to position new products. By the time I left we had positioned Core network solutions (displacing a VoIP incumbent), Broadband access (DSL) and Profesional services. The local subsidiary team grew from about 15 to 50 members. Key highlights: • 40% Revenue Growth. By quantifying OPEX savings (energy consumption, footprint, wireless carrier capacity) using Alcatel-Lucent´s portfolio, our revenue grew 20+% from US$16 Million to US$22 Million, obtaining the 2005 “Achievers Club” Award.• US$60 Million Wireless CDMA network growth (3G1x/EV-DO Data). We were able to sign a complex MOU, worth US$60 Million, which gave Lucent exclusivity during a 3-year period with Verizon International, protecting our business from other competitors. • US$10 Million First Regional IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). By highlighting the deployment of new services using converged DataGrid technology, we won first regional IMS contract, which was a 4G SDHLR. Recipient of 2006 “Star Award”.

I proposed the Product strategy and factory sourcing to reduce costs in 15%, the Pricing strategy to protect revenue for future growth and actively participated in the contract negotiation to avoid revenue leakage across regions, unreasonable warranty periods, and to increase our revenue recognition capability. • $75 MM Caribbean Market Expansion. Developed strategies to expand operations and displace incumbent in the caribbean market. Developed customer specific technical roadmaps and prepared and delivered proposals that included CDMA wireless, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), Push-to-Talk (PTT) and core network evolution in Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago, among others.
