# Close Monitoring & coordination between the Sales & the R & D divisions. Understanding the market / customer needs & expectation and provide the exact feedback to the R & D division for product development.#Technical Support to sales persons for improvement of metering business in Eastern India.# Executing the product demonstration to all the major SEB customers like CESC, DVC, WBPDCL etc. and representing Metering Products in technical seminar held in Eastern Region. # Technical support to entire Eastern Region service team for execution of Metering Projects.# Arrange & pass the meter testing procedures from the independent government bodies. # Co-ordination with reputed electrical consultant for incorporating Secure Meter in their approved make list.

• Responsible for entire operation from pre-sales to order execution, in Kolkata & Haldia. • Accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/ annual order booking targets and executing them in a given time frame.• Identifying prospective customers at new geographical area to minimize competition and maximize gross margin, in line with organizational objectives. • Monitoring execution/delivery of services as well as products and co-ordinate internally and externally.
