- Provide Financial Statement Report and Analysis (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually).- Provide Budgeting and Cost Control Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually). - Provide analysis, evaluation, and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to the Company's capital investment decisions.- Provide analyse and advise on business project proposal from economics and risks perspectives, translating them into financial numbers as part of the evaluation proses of investments.- Provide intellectual analyze and leadership to finance business line, leveraging deep knowledge of financial ratio analysis, performing ad-hoc analysis requested by director to handle the challenging questions from the Banks, Leasing and Investors.- Represent the Company at relevant internal and external conferences and seminars related to financial analyze and investments. - Preparing and delivering presentations on subject related to the Banking Credit Proposal in the next project of investments.- Develop critical inputs into the investment decision-making process, challenging investment decision assumptions and ensuring investments alignment with the Company's strategic drivers.- Build and maintaining strong relationship with Banks, Consultancies, Industry experts, senior analyst of industrial, the economist, keeping abreast of mining industry and capital markets which could impact the company's competitive performance.- Managing Company's Credit/Lending and Investment Portfolio (Bank, Leasing, and Investor).- Conducting Daily Economic, Industrial, and Market Analysis related to Business and Maintaining Good Relationship with Bank, Leasing and Investor.

- Conducting Commercial Lending Analysis (5C Analysis, Quantitative Analysis: Pro-forma, Cash Flow, Financial Ratio, Profitability and the ability to pay loan; Qualitative Analysis: Willingness to pay loan, Character and Background, Market Checking and Industrial Analysis).- Maintaining Existing Portfolio Commercial Banking Business (Lending and Funding) and Good Relationship with clients.- Hunting Prospective Commercial Business Client (Business Sector Expertise: Mining, Heavy Equipment, Energy, Shipping, CPO/Palm Oil, Agribusiness, Trading, Consumer Goods, General Contractors, Hotel, Property, Manufacture and Supplier, Automotive).- Propose and Conducting Presentation of New or Existing Clients Business Credit Proposal to Credit Committee. - Conducting Daily Economic, Industrial, and Market Analysis Related to Business.- Provide and Handling other Banking Product Services (Consumer Loan, Time Deposit (TD), Treasury, Guarantee Bank, LC, SKBDN, etc.)

Research and Development of LAPI ITB- Making preliminary preparation and focus group discussion (FGD) prior research objective.- Creating Questionnaires, interview and other relevant tools for research.- Conducting Data Collection (Primary and Secondary Data) through field work, Data Analysis, and Data Interpretation.- Provide Final Report and Presentation.
