Throughout my hospitality career I have worked at various types of restaurants and bars to fine tune my customer service skills and beverage quality. Knowledge is the key in this industry and understanding the products that I sell puts me above the rest. I have always have had a keen interest on background information such as where the product comes from, what ingredients it has in it, and how it is produced. Working along side piers with the same passion that I have helps me succeed. I currently have changed my direction in life, studying IT at SAIT. I have always been interested in computers and think with my previous work experience and enhanced interpersonal skills, it will put me above that rest. Having a thorough background in customer service, I believe this work history will set me apart from others. Being personable in this industry is a huge asset and I believe I possess that.
